I found the front desk helpful especially regarding adapters. They gave me the correct type for the room sockets. The bed provided great comfort. My husband and I both slept soundly.

The staff struggled with directions they gave me. I needed better maps.

the hotel's location was acceptable enough, especially for accessing galleries lafayette. i guess that's something.

honestly, the 'chic' decor felt more like a chaotic mess. our signature room one queen bed was tiny, not the 'spacious' advertised. also, the promised 'city view' consisted mostly of a brick wall. yay, bricks!!!

Reliable stay close to everything

short walkfront deskstocked minibar

the front desk assisted me with directions to the louvre (it was about a 25-minute walk). i found several restaurants within a short walk of the hotel. (it made things very easy!) the metro was also quite close.

i did notice that the minibar wasn't stocked on arrival, i had to request it from the front desk. it took about an hour for them to deliver drinks and snacks.

the breakfast buffet offered a wide array of options, including both hot and cold items. i saw fresh pastries, eggs, sausage, and a selection of cheeses. there was also a coffee machine and juice bar available for self-service, with a variety of fruit available.
